The book contains information about radio microwaves propagation in space and in tramsmsesion lines, about methods of formation and transmission of TV signals, and audio broadcast. Both traditional TV networks and up-to date MMDS, LWDS, MITRIS LWDS have been analyzed.

Characteristics of Intermet access as well as integrated approach to its design on the basis of microwave TV-information systems have been presented. Main parameters and circuitry of these systems elements have been described. A certain attention has been given to the problem of the development of integrated information networks on the basis of microwave systems, in particular on MITRIS.
